Hi! My name is Marcel van de Goor sportsman in heart and soul, I am only 54 years young and I feel like 30, I still exercise 4-7 days a week and I will explain to you how I do that and how to maintain it.

I have had my passion and interest for sports, nutrition, health and the functioning of the human body from a young age. That was a reason for me to practice as many sports as possible, to follow sports training and many types of courses. The sports I have been allowed to practice are

including Athletics, Football, Futsal, Swimming, Basketball, Fitness, Kick/Thai boxing, Tennis, Street dance, Squash, Soccersquash, Running, Mountain biking, Hiking, skiing.

I have over 35 years of experience in training/coaching

and advise both adults and children in the Netherlands and abroad who want to start exercising/sports again or more, want to lose weight or work on a healthier lifestyle. In recent years I have also deepened by following

courses/training and symposiums in the field of Burnout, joint complaints, etc.

Through my many years of collaboration with neuropsychologists I have gained a lot of experience with the

guiding people with or coming back from a Burnout, healing the big K and others

annoying complaints.

I have also been able to guide children (with PGB) with overweight, (slight form) of Autism, Down syndrome both in the water and on dry land by means of exercise and nutritional advice.

My Mission

Started working together with you on a healthy lifestyle and transferred all my knowledge and expertise as much as possible.

All this tailored to the person with his/her background, goals and lifestyle.
