I have 35 years of experience in advising, training/coaching and guiding adults and children (PGB) in the field of lifestyle, various forms of exercise, rehabilitation (including in water) and nutrition.


I also give various types of sports/relaxation massages, private swimming lessons, (kick) boxing training, children's entertainment/theatre by means of dancing and moving to music.

who is marcel

Hi! My name is Marcel van de Goor sportsman in heart and soul, I am only 54 years young and I feel like 30, I still exercise 4-7 days a week and I will explain to you how I do that and how to maintain it.

I have had my passion and interest for sports, nutrition, health and the functioning of the human body from a young age. That was a reason for me to practice as many sports as possible, to follow sports training and many different types of courses in the field of health, exercise and rehabilitation. The sports I have been allowed to practice are

including Athletics, Football, Futsal, Swimming, Basketball, Fitness, Kick/Thai boxing, Tennis, Street dance, Squash, Soccersquash, Running, Mountain biking, Hiking, skiing.
